This inference is very important not only for anthropology but also for some other sciences (Zechenter, 1997).The fortified point ofculturalrelativity is that it lets people stick to their ethical principles without being judged by other communities, which prolong other principles. If people deny this method, they will appear in difficult situation if they have invariant unchanging moral rules, they criticize the communities with other values and maybe even try to make them adapt the moral rules of other community. That will make cross-cultural relations difficult (Zechenter, 1997).Culturalrelativity provides the prospect to avoid this compl exity. According to it, the ethical code of one group of people buns be applicable only to their community, thats why the communities cant impose their moral standards upon each other. Really, every fellowship has its own values which should be respected by peoples from other cultures (Flew, 1968). When a person comes to another country, he should respect the moral principles existing in this society, but it does not mean that he must hire them. Every culture has its ethical values which are worth-studying and must be respected by other cultures in certain times (Zechenter, 1997).For example, for our society equal opportunities at work are an ethical requirement, except it is improper in other countries.
